WE provide FREE shipping to our repair facility exclusively via UPS®.
WE will have an authorized technician of the Pod Drop network contact you within 24* hours of receiving the product (through the contact information you supplied on this form). Our technician will discuss your diagnosis and solution options in order to satisfy your service requests.
YOU will then have the option to accept or decline our services.
Acceptance of Proposal
Your acceptance of a verbal proposal communicated by means of telephone constitutes a legal binding agreement whereas payment for repairs or modification services is now required. We will at this time require you to supply us a secure form of payment for our services and return shipment – Credit Card or PayPal only.
Refusal of Proposed Services
If for some reason you decide to decline our services, we may offer to purchase your defective product from you at an agreed upon price. Otherwise you will be subject to a $29 service fee to cover professional technician diagnosis and return shipping – Credit Card or PayPal only.
