In a perfect world hard drives would never go bad and we would always have a full, current backup of all our stuff. Unfortunately, hard drives can go any moment and often take tons of data with them. If this has happened to you never fear, The Pod Drop can probably help.
We have advanced hardware/software tools for retrieving and extracting your music, video, and photos from most iPods. All you need to do is send us your iPod.
How It Works
1. Just fill out a Service Request and send us your iPod.
2. Our technicians will check your hard drive to see if the contents can be recovered.
3. Our tech will contact you and let you know your options and pricing.
Data Recovery Pricing.
Cost is determined by how many Gigs of data is recovered.
We currently charge:
$15 per Gig of data recovered.
$75 non-refundable attempt fee if the data can be recovered. This price includes our labor and cost to ship your iPod back.
$10 per DVD if you would like us to make backups of your data. Each DVD holds 4GB.
